The best way to make Gold is fishing, it is the way I got my Rune Pickaxe, When you start on Tutorial Island Go fish alot till lvl 3, cook it move on, then after Tutorial Island go to Lumbridge Swamp and Fish till 10, go to Draynor and fish and fish and fish till lvl 35 and go to Karajama, fish Tuna till lvl 40 and then Fish Lobsters, at lvl 50 Fishing start Fishing SwordFish-They Sell for 415 Gold in Grand Exchange (RAW)- It is the best way.
Do not give any attention to any other ways for making money in runescape, they are all noobly ways.
